Income programmes

Six immersive labs that take you from AI tool foundations through billable client work, service packaging, pricing discipline, and a portfolio-ready capstone. Each programme combines ChatGPT, Copilot, and Claude exercises with guided planning modules grounded in real income scenarios — vocational training for professionals who want skills, not shortcuts.

Learners in Lab 1 building AI workflow foundations at Robertson Quay

Lab 1

Profit AI Rush Foundations

2 weeks In-person or live online Max 12 learners From S$680

Lab 1 establishes the baseline every subsequent programme builds upon. You will map your current income context — freelance, consulting, employed side projects, or early-stage solo practice — and connect it to a structured AI workflow journal. Through guided exercises with ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, and Claude, you learn prompt architecture, output review gates, and documentation habits that separate hobbyist experimentation from billable-grade work. Facilitators coach you through realistic scenarios: research synthesis, first-draft generation, and revision cycles with mandatory human checkpoints. You leave with a personalised tool stack recommendation, a reusable prompt library starter kit, and clarity on which Labs 2–5 align with your goals. No prior AI experience required — only curiosity and a willingness to practise deliberately.

Lab 2

AI Tools for Billable Client Work

2 weeks Prerequisite: Lab 1 or assessment From S$780

Lab 2 shifts from foundations to application. You work through client brief simulations drawn from content strategy, operational consulting, market research, and administrative support contexts — the kinds of deliverables Singapore freelancers and consultants actually invoice for. Each session pairs an AI tool exercise with a billable output standard: what does "client-ready" mean for a research brief, an audit summary, or a content package? You practise scope boundaries so accelerated drafting does not compress your perceived value. ChatGPT handles ideation and first drafts; Copilot integrates with document workflows; Claude supports long-form refinement. Peer review sessions mirror client feedback dynamics. By the end of Lab 2, you will have three documented deliverable templates and a quality checklist you can apply before anything leaves your desk.

Team workshop packaging AI-assisted services for client markets

Lab 3

Packaging AI-Assisted Services for Sale

2 weeks Prerequisite: Lab 2 From S$820

Individual deliverable skill is not the same as a sellable service. Lab 3 teaches you to package AI-assisted capabilities into offerings your market understands and trusts. You will design service descriptions with clear inclusions, turnaround times, revision policies, and explicit boundaries around what AI handles versus what requires your professional judgment. Guided planning modules walk you through positioning language, proposal structures, and onboarding questionnaires that set expectations before work begins. We examine common packaging mistakes — vague scope, unlimited revisions, AI outputs presented without review — and practise alternatives that protect both your income and your client relationships. You leave with at least one packaged service ready for market testing, complete with a one-page scope document and a client-facing FAQ.

Professionals working through pricing and scope frameworks in Lab 4

Lab 4

Pricing & Scope for Income Growth

2 weeks Prerequisite: Lab 3 From S$820

Lab 4 addresses the income growth cluster directly — not with motivational rhetoric, but with pricing frameworks and scope conversations grounded in your packaged services. You explore value-based, project-based, and retainer models appropriate to AI-assisted work, including how to price the efficiency gains without racing to the bottom. Role-play sessions simulate client negotiations: scope creep requests, rush fees, and the difficult conversation when a prospect expects AI to mean "cheap." Facilitators introduce capacity planning worksheets so income ambition connects to realistic billable hours. We emphasise that Profit AI Rush teaches pricing discipline, not profit guarantees — your outcomes depend on market, effort, and execution. You complete Lab 4 with a pricing sheet for your primary service and a scope change protocol document.

Collaborative productivity planning for billable AI workflows in Lab 5

Lab 5

Productivity for More Billable Output

2 weeks Prerequisite: Lab 4 From S$750

Lab 5 optimises the operational layer — the systems that turn improved AI skills into sustained billable output without burnout. You audit your current workflow for bottlenecks: context switching, redundant prompting, revision loops without clear exit criteria, and administrative overhead that eats capacity. Guided exercises introduce batch processing patterns, template libraries, and automation touchpoints using Copilot and workflow tools appropriate to your stack. We also cover income journaling habits that help you see which service lines and client types actually contribute to thoughtful growth versus busy work. The goal is sustainable productivity, not hustle culture. Lab 5 graduates leave with a documented weekly workflow map, a batch processing schedule, and metrics they commit to tracking for ninety days after the programme ends.

Learner presenting a portfolio-ready Income Skills Capstone Experience

Capstone

Profit Capstone — Income Skills Portfolio Experience

3 weeks Prerequisite: Labs 1–5 From S$1,280

The Profit Capstone is your portfolio-ready culmination. Over three intensive weeks, you design and deliver a complete Income Skills Portfolio Experience: a packaged service with pricing, two client-quality sample deliverables produced with AI assistance and human review, a scope document, and a ten-minute studio presentation to peers and facilitators. This is not a theoretical exam — it is evidence of your pathway through the profit AI lab. Feedback sessions mirror client and market scrutiny: Is the service clear? Are deliverables professional? Does pricing reflect value? Capstone graduates receive a programme certificate confirming participation in vocational AI income skills training. We repeat clearly: this certificate is not a profit guarantee, financial credential, or employment promise. It documents structured learning you can reference with clients, employers, or collaborators as evidence of deliberate skill building in AI-assisted billable work.
