Terms of Service

Effective date: 16 July 2026 · Last reviewed: 16 July 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website profitairush.life and your enrolment in vocational training programmes offered by Profit AI Rush Pte. Ltd. ("Profit AI Rush," "we," "us," or "our"), a company registered in Singapore (UEN 202917384M). By accessing our website, submitting an enquiry, or enrolling in a programme, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

1. Nature of services

Profit AI Rush provides vocational training in AI-assisted workflows for professional income contexts. Our programmes teach practical skills for billable client work, service packaging, pricing discipline, and productivity using tools including ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, and Claude. We are an education provider — not a licensed financial advisory service, investment firm, life coaching organisation, career placement agency, or profit guarantee scheme. Programme certificates confirm participation in skills training only. They do not guarantee income, clients, employment, or financial outcomes. Outcomes depend on your effort, market conditions, professional context, and how you apply skills after completion.

2. Eligibility

Our programmes are intended for adults aged eighteen and above. By enrolling, you represent that you meet this requirement and that information you provide is accurate and complete. Corporate clients enrolling employees represent that they have authority to bind their organisation and have obtained any necessary employee consents for data processing described in our Privacy Policy.

3. Enrolment and payment

Programme places are confirmed upon receipt of payment or executed corporate agreement, subject to availability. Published fees on our website are indicative for 2026 cohorts and may change; confirmed fees appear on your enrolment invoice. Payment is due as specified on the invoice — typically in full before cohort start unless a written payment plan is agreed. We accept payment methods specified at enrolment. Prices are quoted in Singapore dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable goods and services tax (GST) will be added where required by Singapore law. Failure to pay by the due date may result in cancellation of your place without refund of any partial payment, at our discretion.

4. Cancellation and refunds

By you: Cancellations more than fourteen calendar days before your cohort start date receive a full refund minus any non-refundable administrative fee stated on your invoice (if applicable). Cancellations within fourteen days receive a credit toward a future cohort of equal or lesser value, valid for twelve months. Once a lab or programme session begins, fees are non-refundable. You may defer to the next available cohort once without penalty if you notify us at least seven days before start; subsequent deferrals may incur an administrative fee.

By us: We may cancel or reschedule a cohort due to insufficient enrolment, facilitator unavailability, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In such cases, you may choose a full refund or transfer to the next available cohort. We are not liable for incidental costs you incur (travel, accommodation, software subscriptions) beyond programme fees paid to us.

5. Attendance and conduct

Programmes combine live sessions, guided planning modules, peer review, and independent practice. Attendance at live sessions is expected; repeated unexcused absences may affect certificate eligibility. You agree to participate respectfully, honour confidentiality of peer work shared in cohort settings, and not record sessions without prior written consent. You may not redistribute curriculum materials, guided planning modules, or facilitator resources outside your personal learning use unless covered by a separate licensing agreement. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behaviour may result in removal from a programme without refund.

6. Intellectual property

All curriculum content, website materials, logos, and guided planning modules are owned by Profit AI Rush Pte. Ltd. or our licensors. Enrolment grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to access materials for the duration of your programme. Capstone portfolio work you create remains yours, but you grant us a limited licence to retain copies for certificate verification and internal quality review as described in our Privacy Policy. You may not use our branding to imply endorsement of your independent services without written permission.

7. AI tools and learner responsibilities

Programmes involve exercises with third-party AI platforms. You are responsible for complying with each platform's terms of use and for any subscription costs. You are responsible for data you input into AI tools — do not submit client-confidential, personal, or proprietary information without appropriate anonymisation and authorisation. AI outputs may contain errors; you must apply human review before using outputs in professional or client contexts. We teach review discipline but do not audit your independent use of AI tools after programme completion.

8. Disclaimers

Our website and programme content are provided for educational purposes on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that programme completion will result in any specific income, client acquisition, employment outcome, or business result. Testimonials and examples reflect individual experiences and are not guarantees. We are not responsible for decisions you make based on programme content, facilitator feedback, or peer discussions.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law, Profit AI Rush Pte. Ltd., its directors, employees, and facilitators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or participation in programmes — including loss of income, clients, data, or business opportunities. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your enrolment shall not exceed the programme fees you paid us for the cohort giving rise to the claim in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Profit AI Rush Pte. Ltd. from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of curriculum materials, violation of third-party rights, or negligent or unlawful use of AI tools in connection with programme exercises or thereafter.

11. Corporate engagements

Corporate income training and curriculum licensing are governed by these Terms unless superseded by a written agreement signed by both parties. Corporate agreements take precedence on pricing, participant numbers, confidentiality, and data processing. Silent provisions default to these Terms.

12. Privacy

Your personal data is processed as described in our Privacy Policy, incorporated by reference into these Terms. Enrolment constitutes acknowledgment of that policy.

13. Website use

You may not use our website to transmit malware, scrape content systematically, attempt unauthorised access, or impersonate Profit AI Rush. We may suspend access for violations. External links are provided for convenience; we do not endorse third-party content.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore. Before initiating legal proceedings, parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution by contacting [email protected] within thirty days of the dispute arising.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes affecting active enrolments will be communicated by email where practicable. Continued participation after notice constitutes acceptance of updated Terms for ongoing services. The version posted at enrolment governs fees and refund rights for that cohort unless changes are required by law.
